FAQ’s
All your questions, answered below!
What exactly is a wedding content creator?
A wedding content creator captures candid, behind-the-scenes moments from your big day — on a phone — so you can relive and share them instantly. While your photographer and videographer focus on cinematic, edited storytelling, we capture the raw, emotional, in-between moments in real time — perfect for social media and your camera roll.
How is a content creator different from a videographer or photographer?
Your photographer and videographer create beautiful, polished content that takes weeks (or months) to deliver. A content creator works alongside them to capture the candid, unfiltered moments — your bridesmaids getting ready, guests dancing, the groom’s reaction — all delivered to you within 24 hours.
What do I receive after the wedding?
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an organized folder of high-quality phone videos and photos — plus curated, ready-to-post Reels/TikToks. Depending on your package, you may also receive edited highlight Reels, vertical clips, and custom content formatted for Instagram and TikTok.
How soon will I get my content?
That’s the best part — you’ll receive your raw content within 24 hours, and any edited Reels or highlight clips within 3–5 days. No waiting weeks for sneak peeks!
Do you work alongside the photographer and videographer?
Absolutely! We complement them — not compete. We coordinate beforehand to ensure we don’t interfere with their angles or timing. Our role is to capture moments they can’t — the behind-the-scenes laughter, reactions, and little details that often go unseen.
How do you deliver the content?
You’ll receive your photos and videos via a private Google Drive or Dropbox link, organized by moments (Getting Ready, Ceremony, Reception, etc.), so you can easily view, download, and post them anytime.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I’m based in NY/NJ but love to travel. Travel fees apply for weddings more than 25 miles from our base — calculated at $0.65 per mile, plus accommodations if needed. Destination weddings are quoted individually.
Do you attend rehearsals or pre-wedding events?
Depending on your package, Lissel can attend your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or welcome party to capture those pre-wedding memories. If it’s not included in your package, she’s happy to add it on!
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Lissel offers flexible packages — from 4-hour partial day coverage to 10-hour full day coverage. You can also add extra hours if your timeline runs longer than planned.
How do I book?
Fill out our contact form with your wedding date, venue, and details. Lissel will schedule a short discovery call to learn more about your vision and walk you through our packages. A signed contract and 25% deposit are required to secure your date.
When should I book a content creator?
We recommend booking 6–9 months in advance, as prime wedding dates fill up quickly — especially spring and fall weekends!
What if I have special requests?
Lissel loves personalization! Whether you want a specific trend recreated, a certain aesthetic, or a surprise TikTok moment, she’ll tailor her approach to match your vibe.
